Job Description
Are you passionate about employee compensation and benefits? We are currently seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our organization’s compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and attract top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies and procedures
- Conduct market research to benchmark our programs against industry standards
- Design and administer employee benefits plans, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs
- Manage the annual performance review process and ensure fairness and consistency in salary increases and bonuses
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Stay updated on changes in legislation and regulations related to compensation and benefits
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
