Job Description
As an Order Processing & Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing all incoming orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing. You will also be tasked with generating reports to track order status and identify areas for improvement in the order fulfillment process.
Key responsibilities include coordinating with various departments to resolve order discrepancies, maintaining detailed documentation of orders, and providing insights to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently
- Analyze order data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
- Prepare detailed reports on order status and fulfillment metrics
