Job Description
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Answer and assist customers on their concerns and inquiries in an accurate and timely manner via chat or call if required.
- Assist customers and process same-day delivery orders.
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Test defective returned items and process them for RMA.
- Check promos and update prices on Ecommerce platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php610.00 per day
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Service Representative: 1 year (Required)
Language:
- English (Preferred)
