Job Description
We are currently looking for an Intern to join our Customer Service Department (CSD) or Customer Success and Operations Department (CSOD). This position offers a hands-on learning experience in a dynamic work environment. As an Intern, you will assist with customer inquiries, provide support to the team, and contribute to various projects.
- Support CSD or CSOD team with day-to-day operations
- Assist in resolving customer issues and ensuring satisfaction
- Contribute fresh ideas to improve processes and services
