Job Description
As a Sourcing Manager, you will play a critical role in our company’s supply chain operations. You will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance
- Conducting market research and supplier evaluations to identify new opportunities and assess existing suppliers
- Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of suppliers into our supply chain network
- Monitoring supplier performance and implementing corrective actions when necessary
