Job Description
Job Summary
- Provide Guidance and Counseling: Offer expert guidance and counseling services to support students’ academic, personal, and emotional development.
- Conduct Intake Interviews: Schedule and perform intake interviews to assess and diagnose students’ needs.
- Facilitate Counseling: Manage and facilitate individual and group counseling sessions.
- Consult with Parents: Organize and conduct consultations with parents to gain insights into students’ issues and concerns.
- Crisis and Stress Management: Provide crisis counseling and conduct critical incident stress debriefing (CISD) when necessary.
- Organize Programs: Design and run orientation, enrichment, and training programs for students.
- Administer Psychological Tests: Schedule, administer, and interpret psychological tests.
- Prepare Reports: Write psychological reports and recommendation letters as required.
- Experience and Qualifications: At least one year of relevant work experience required. Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, or a related field is necessary. Ongoing MA studies and Guidance Counselor Licensure are preferred.

Pay: From Php11,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
