Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Leadership: Manage, train, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment by conducting regular safety inspections and providing staff with necessary training.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations and implement new procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Communication: Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure smooth operation and address any issues promptly.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and staff performance.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse personnel management
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) as needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

Pay: From Php20,00.00 per month
