Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts resume screening
- Attends to walk-ins
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of applicant tracking
- Checks on applicants’ pre-employment requirements
- Other tasks deemed necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Business Administration (Human Resources)
- Previous experience in recruitment/HR a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- With excellent communications skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
- A keen eye for detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php16,770.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary
