Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and responsible individual to join our team as a Call Verifier. The primary responsibility of this position is to verify and authenticate phone calls to ensure the accuracy of information provided.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in data entry, and have the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Previous experience in customer service or call verification is a plus.
