Job Description
This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the WalterMart Department Store, ensuring smooth and effective performance. Responsibilities include motivating the team for excellent customer service and developing business strategies for success in a competitive marketplace.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four (4) years course, preferably in business.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in retail or food establishments in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of store management and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring implementation of policies and standards.
- Customer service management.
- Training and development of key store positions.
- Achieving store targets and managing expenses.
- Inventory and profitability management.
- Facilities and fixed assets management.
- Risk Management.

Schedule: 8-hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate to Muntinlupa City is required.
