Job Description
As a Customer Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support representatives and ensuring exceptional customer service experiences. Your main duties will include:
- Managing and supervising a team of customer support representatives.
- Setting performance goals and evaluating team members based on metrics and customer feedback.
- Handling escalated customer service issues and providing resolution.
- Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
- Training and coaching team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Maintaining strong relationships with key clients and addressing their concerns effectively.
