Job Description
The Mobile Team Lead is responsible for leading and supervising a team of mobile service technicians within the automotive dealership. They ensure that the team’s work is prioritized, completed accurately, and on schedule. The Mobile Team Lead also collaborates with the sales department to identify opportunities for service appointments and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule service appointments for the mobile team
- Supervise and mentor mobile service technicians
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify service opportunities
- Ensure team compliance with dealership policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Vocational Course Graduate or Automotive-related degree
- Prior experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a service role
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Proficient in service scheduling software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php12,00.00 – Php13,00.00 per month
Benefits:
