Job Description
Job Description:
- Provide excellent customer service to customers facing financial challenges.
- Contact delinquent customers professionally.
- Maintain positive relationships with the Loan Servicing team.
- Meet or exceed production goals.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Any course/High School Graduates.
- Good English communication skills.
- Computer literate with web navigation skills.
- 6 months BPO experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php 17,550.00 – Php 25,050.00 per month

Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts, day, evening, night shifts, holidays, overtime, weekends.

- English (Required).
