Job Description
A Business Retention Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to retain existing business clients and ensure their long-term satisfaction and loyalty. This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
The Business Retention Manager will work closely with clients to understand their needs, address any concerns, and provide effective solutions. They will also conduct regular client meetings, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute retention strategies to meet business goals
- Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
