Job Description
We Are Hiring Unit Managers
P40,00 – P70,00 Allowance plus Commissions.
We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Unit Manager. As a Unit Manager, you will have the opportunity to start your own insurance agency business, with competitive compensation, travel, awards, recognition, and benefits. In addition, you will have flexible working hours, allowing you to balance work and personal commitments.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- With Sales and Management Background
- With PC/ Laptop/ Tablet
- Stable internet connection
- Strong leadership qualities
- Good work ethic
- Willing to undergo training
- Willing to go full-time upon appointment
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruiting advisors to be part of the team
- On-boarding of the advisors
- Activating the advisors through guiding, coaching, and training them
- Responsible for managing the team of advisors
- Collaboration in all branch, zone, and company activities
