Job Description
Job Type: Project-based (Full-time)
Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite; Office location: Sheridan Business Center, Mandaluyong
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (day shift, regular work hours)
Start Date: ASAP
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of any course
- 1 year of voice account experience
- Experience in a contact centre preferred
- Ability to multitask and handle challenging customers
Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound/outbound calls, live chats, and emails
- Listening to customer needs and providing efficient solutions
- Participating in service improvement initiatives
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Up to Php24,00.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience:
- Customer Service Representative: 1 year preferred
