Job Description
Prior sales or recruiting experience is a plus (phone sales, product promotion, door to door sales, etc.).
IN THIS RECRUITER ROLE YOU WILL:
- Recruit for openings in IT, engineering, accounting, marketing, and finance
- Screen candidate resumes and job applications
- Work with top talent for small businesses, startups, corporations and Fortune 500 companies.
- Conduct interviews via phone, in-person, or teleconference.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, networking, and social media channels.
- Extend job offers and facilitate placements.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- 2-3 years’ on-field recruitment experience is a plus.
- Must have a strong desire to learn and grow in inside sales.
- Work night shifts following US EST time zone.
- Excellent English communication skills are required.
- Prior sales or internship experience in recruitment or business is preferred.
