Job Description
One-day hiring process Earn up to 25k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents at our Metro sites.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with understanding their bills, charges, and payment options.
- Process payments, refunds, and adjustments following company policies.
- Help customers in setting up payment plans or arrangements when necessary.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on billing and account management activities.
