Job Description

Position: Training Supervisor (Japanese)
Location: Penang, Malaysia
Salary: RM13,00 – RM15,00 + RM600 housing allowance
Reports to: Training Manager
Language: Japanese + English (Native)
Start Date: ASAP
Shift Schedule: 24*7 shift
Headcount: 1
Note: Native Japanese with at least 1 year Training Supervisor experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design effective training programs.
- Prepare training materials.
- Conduct training and refreshers.
- Support and mentor new employees.
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience with at least 2 years training experience.
- Language proficiency in Japanese and English is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a corporate trainer.
- Proficient in MS Office; e-learning software skills will be an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM13,00 – RM15,00 + RM600 housing allowance
