Job Description

We are looking for experienced call center agents with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as outbound Call center agents for USA companies.

You will be performing outbound sales calls to potential clients in the USA to convince them to buy a service offered and schedule an appointment with the sales team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Dialing outbound calls
  • Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a service
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • Provide service information to customers
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Route calls to appropriate resources
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
  • Upsell services
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Fluent English speaking is required
  • Internet connection speed 20-25MB
  • 1-3 years of proven work experience as a Sales Agent in a call center environment performing outbound sales calls
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
  • Should have their own computer and noise-canceling headphone

Salary: 125PHP/hr

Days of Operation: 5 days a week, up to 40 hours weekly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php125.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
