Job Description
As a Learning & Development Manager at BW Epic Kosan Ltd, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs within our organization. This role involves identifying training needs, developing educational materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with department heads to assess current skill levels and create customized training plans to enhance employee performance. Additionally, you will measure the impact of training programs and make continuous improvements to align with organizational goals.
