Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Accounts Payable team at Wyndham Destinations. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payment processes.

Responsibilities:

• Processing invoices and payments accurately and timely
• Reconciling accounts payable transactions
• Maintaining vendor records and resolving any vendor inquiries
• Assisting with month-end closing activities
• Preparing reports and analyzing financial data related to accounts payable

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Administrator in Accounts Payable or similar role
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office suite
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
