Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists in the preparation of certain food/dish
- Checks the inventory of ingredients in the pantry
- Cleans and cuts ingredients in advance to assist the chef/cook
- Maintains cleanliness of the kitchen
- Performs other tasks in the kitchen other than cooking and serving
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management/Services, or any related vocational courses
- At least 6 months of relevant work experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Oriented in proper food handling and safety
- Well-groomed and presentable
