Job Description
Caldwell Communications is continuously seeking candidates to join our team for the position of Back Office (Non-voice) focusing on Hotel Booking.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to address concerns via phone or written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues promptly.
- Match customers’ needs with Clients’ offerings and use negotiation skills to gain buy-in.
- Share relevant information with both internal and external clients.
