Position Overview:
The Ticketing Account Representative handles inbound and outbound calls for ticket sales, reservations, cancellations, and inquiries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls regarding ticket inquiries, bookings, and cancellations.
- Assist customers with online ticketing navigation and technical issues.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Protect customer data following protocols.
