Job Description
One-day hiring process Earn up to 25k monthly We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents as prior in our Metro sites. Position Overview:
As a Call Center Agent for the Food Delivery Account, you will be the primary point of contact for customers who have inquiries, concerns, or require support with their food delivery orders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers on outstanding issues to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Assist customers with basic technical support related to the food delivery app or website.
- Adhere to call center scripts, guidelines, and quality standards.
