Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team at Orbit-Teleservices Ortigas Site.

General Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs, provide accurate solutions using scripts, and maintain professionalism.
  • Know company products/services, policies, and procedures to address inquiries effectively.
  • Handle challenging customers with empathy and patience.

Qualifications:

  • Willing to attend onsite interview
  • Amenable to working onsite
  • Good Typing Skills
  • 18+ years old, High School graduate, Conversant in English
  • BPO experience is a plus

Nice to have:

  • Proven customer service experience in call center environment.
