Job Description
As a Loan Officer Assistant at Ifelse Ph Inc., you will assist loan officers in managing client files, collecting necessary documentation, and ensuring a smooth loan process. Responsibilities include communicating with clients, preparing loan applications, and coordinating loan closings. Qualifications include organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and organize client documentation
- Communicate with clients for updates
- Review loan applications for accuracy
- Coordinate with departments for loan processing
- Maintain client files and ensure compliance
- Provide administrative support
Qualifications:
- BS Accountancy (Magna Cum Laude)
- Fresh Graduate
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan processing software
- Previous experience in financial services is a plus

Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
