Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Manager Workforce | Scheduling. As the Manager Workforce | Scheduling, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the workforce scheduling process for our organization.
Your main responsibilities will include creating and maintaining employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts, and managing any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for analyzing scheduling data and making recommendations for improvements to optimize efficiency and productivity.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Previous experience in workforce management or scheduling is preferred.
