Job Description
Job Summary:
The VIP/Client Assistant Specialist at Ascend Innovation Technology Corporations will provide personalized support to VIP clients in the online casino industry. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, assisting with deposits, and ensuring exceptional gaming experiences through calls and chat.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1 year in BPO, with online casino familiarity.
