Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Supervisor. In this role, you will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure top-notch customer service.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for retail. Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, assisting with scheduling, maintaining store cleanliness, and helping to drive sales and meet targets.
