Job description
– Prepares food for back-up.
– Cooks the food according to approved recipes and procedures.
– Complies with Food Safety and Sanitation Standards.
– Conducts inventory.
– Ensures enough par stock level.
– Prepares requisition for items with low par stock level.
– Accepts / rejects deliveries.
– Carries out plating and garnishing before food is dispatched.
– Ensures kitchen wares and tools are clean before and after use.
Minimum Qualifications
– Bachelor’s/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management with at least 2 years of experience as a Line Cook (saute, grill, and fry).
– Knowledge in Spanish Cuisine.
– Experience or knowledge in MS Office is preferred.
– Proficient in customer service, food handling, safety, and sanitation.
– Willing to work shifts, overtime, and collaborate as a team player.
– Honest, responsible, and reliable.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php21,00.00 – Php23,00.00 per month
