- Provide information and assistance to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent – with BPO experience preferred
- College graduates (With or without BPO exp)
- Graduate of any course related to the account is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
