Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Manager. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with our key clients. Your primary goal will be to maximize sales opportunities and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any client-related issues or concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective strategies to meet client needs
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Previous experience in account management or sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
