Job Description

In charge of building long-term relationships with a group of customers and generally stay with customers for the length of their relationship with the company. The goal is to keep clients or accounts as long as possible. BDA may be in charge of finding new business, be assigned prospects, given accounts, or a combination thereof.

Responsibilities:

• Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
• Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
• Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients
• Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers and communicates client needs and demands to immediate supervisor.
• Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
• Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
• Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
• Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
• Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service

Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines

Keep records of client transactions

• Continuously open new accounts while maintaining the performance of the current assigned accounts.
• Make sure to hit the given target on a monthly basis.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field though we prefer candidates who graduated in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and
• Communications Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent networking and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
