Job Description
Reportorial Requirements:
- Regularly report to CRM on deliverables status and explain deviations
- Elevate concerns to Management for higher-level intervention
- Produce Competitive Scan Monitoring report
Other Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Operations and Tech departments
- Conduct competitors and market research
- Address basic customer complaints and concerns
- Perform related tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php25,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th-month salary
- Overtime pay
