Job Description
Installing and configuring computer systems
Testing new technology, install new software and hardware
Checking IT equipment for electrical safety
Identifying hardware and software solutions
Maintain computer infrastructures of the company
Ensures all issues are properly logged
Documentation skills
Replace parts as required
Logging and processing support calls
Ensure compliance with quality standards
Diagnosing and repairing faults
