Job Description
The Zoho Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Zoho suite of applications, including CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, and other related tools. This role involves configuring and customizing Zoho applications to meet our business needs, troubleshooting issues, and providing training and support to staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, and other Zoho applications.
- Develop and implement workflows, automations, and reports to streamline business processes.
- Integrate Zoho applications with other software and platforms as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho applications.
- Provide training and support to staff on Zoho applications and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their Zoho-related needs.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, making recommendations for improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with Zoho product updates and new features to ensure we are utilizing the latest tools and functionalities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications (Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, etc.).
- Strong understanding of CRM processes, data management, and integration.
- Experience with customizations, automations, and workflows within Zoho.
- Proficiency in data migration, reporting, and analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to train and support end-users.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications in Zoho applications are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
