Position Overview:
You will be the primary contact for customers with inquiries or support needs related to their food delivery orders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction
- Provide technical support for the food delivery app
- Promote new items and special offers
- Adhere to call center guidelines
