Job Description
Jira/Confluence Specialist is responsible for developing and enforcing the use of JIRA and Confluence to their full potential in our organization.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support, configure, govern, and maintain the company’s Jira and Confluence account.
- Facilitate research, test, install, and implement system plugins for production.
- Create JIRA projects, templates, workflows, screens, fields, and other administrative tasks.
- Gather requirements, optimize/improve JIRA setup and workflows.
- Modify and document standards for developing efficient workflows.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in Atlassian products.
- Advanced skill level in JIRA configuration and project management.
- Documentation skills and understanding of SDLC, ITIL, and Agile Frameworks.

Pay: Php80,00.00 – Php100,00.00 per month
