Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provides counsel on various business legal issues.
- Composition, reviews, and executes agreements and contracts.
- Works closely with Operations team.
- Ensures legal compliance and anticipates issues.
- Conducts legal training for employee compliance.
- Represents the company to government agencies, may serve as a Spokesperson.
- Handles tax and contract reviews.
- Guides operations on legal aspects.
- Researches legal issues.
- Other assigned tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be a licensed lawyer.
- 2+ years of legal counsel experience, especially in tax laws.
- Excellent knowledge of corporate law and procedures.
- Understanding of external corporate influences.
- Proven ability to create legal strategies.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
