Job Description
- Willing to be assigned to Angeles City, Pampanga
- Graduate of BSBA-MARKETING or BS Mechanical Engineering (any related course)
- Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly branch service targets
- Ensures quality services for clients
- Supervises daily service reports’ accuracy and completeness
- Assists in customer service for overall satisfaction
- Handles customer complaints before escalation to Head Office
- Responsible for branch sales targets and profitability
- Trains personnel on sales techniques
- Handles personnel requisitions and leave approvals
- Conducts performance evaluations for branch personnel
