- Acquire 100 new clients every month
- Create and execute partnership strategies for client satisfaction and retention
- Proactively manage key account relationships
- Resolve key account concerns promptly
- Research and identify potential partnership opportunities
- Utilize various platforms for outreach
- Approach partners with a growth mindset
- Assist in government partnerships
- Participate in partnership events
- Maintain client databases
- Collaborate with internal departments for partnership initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in account management or partnership development
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Initiative-driven and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in social media platforms and CRM tools
- Knowledge of fintech industry and MSME landscape in the Philippines
- Experience in Food and Beverage, Retail, Service, or Franchise industry is a plus
Note: Salary is negotiable.
