Job Description
Implement project site mechanical works assignment
Prepares and supervises daily activities of the team
Supervises and perform mechanical works as the case maybe
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, as well as taking precise measurements
Requests materials/equipment needed in order to execute work based on plans.
Prepares daily manpower and progress report
Coordinates with other trade and check layout and work execution and sequence of work done
Ensures compliance of workers to quality, environmental, safety and health rules and regulations.
Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery and personnel.
Providing adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needs.
Emphasising safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear, helmets and procedures.
Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably.
Regularly reporting project status to supervisors.
