Job Description
Gain in-depth understanding of center operations, analyze human resource needs, refine job descriptions, and complete recruitment plans
Participate in talent inventory for the center, analyze the results, and propose human resource solutions
Assist the group human resources center in completing training, performance evaluation, and compensation management in line with company development goals and strategies
Promote the company’s corporate culture and policies within the center, and be responsible for drafting, improving, and implementing relevant HR policies
Manage employee relations, regularly communicate with employees, and focus on employee development
