Job Description
Caldwell Communications is actively seeking candidates to join our dynamic team as a PURE NON-VOICE Representative.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepares standard reports to track workload, response time, and quality of input.
- Resolves telephone messages and delivers information, facts, or recommendations to users.
- Inspects mail, fax, and email to provide exceptional client services.
- Operates computer/on-line systems to efficiently respond to consumer inquiries.
- Communicates with consumers via phone or written correspondence to address issues.
