Position Overview:
The Shopping Account Representative provides exceptional customer service to shoppers via phone, email, and chat.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection.
- Monitor and track orders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders.
- Adhere to call center protocols.
