Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated individual to join our team for the position of Service Excellence Project. As part of this project, you will be responsible for implementing strategies and initiatives to enhance our overall service quality and improve customer satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing customer service training programs for employees.
- Conducting regular performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Creating and implementing customer feedback mechanisms to continuously monitor satisfaction levels.
- Collaborating with various departments to identify and resolve service-related issues.
- Tracking and analyzing customer service metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
