Job Description
A Delivery driver is responsible for transporting goods ensuring safe unloading and delivery to destinations. The duty includes checking the maintenance of the vehicle. He also accomplishes a report on the conditions of the vehicle as well as a liquidation report for travel allowance.
Functions:
- Reviews orders prior to delivery to ensure correct products are delivered
- Provides exceptional customer service to our customers
- Conducts inspections of the vehicle before departing to deliver goods
- Loads products onto trucks according to the company’s specifications
- Obtains delivery confirmations from each customer
- Will do delivery within the city or long distance
Job Requirements:
- College level in any course or a high school graduate
- Minimum 1-year experience as a Delivery Driver in panel and trucks or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s license (restriction code 1, 2, and 3)
- Knowledge of basic vehicle troubleshooting
- Clean driving record and able to drive long hours and travel regularly
- Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.)
- Must possess a positive and professional attitude
- With good moral character
