Job Description
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for monitoring electromechanical works
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure facility conformance
- Provide technical reports for abnormalities
- Perform maintenance on AC units, chillers, and waste water treatment
- Support cost reduction and productivity improvement
- Other assigned duties

Experience:
- 1 year in Facilities Maintenance preferred
License/Certification:
- Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Servicing (DOMRAC) NCII preferred
